St James’ Safe Deposit Awarded #SBS Social Networking Initiative

St James’ Safe Deposit Co Ltd has been named as a winner of the prestigious #SBS  social networking initiative.

#SBS (Small Business Sunday) is a network created by Theo Paphitis (of the popular BBC television programme Dragons Den) to help network successful small businesses located in the UK. Nominations take place each week on twitter, with the best six tweets being retweeted by Mr Paphitis to his 451,000 followers. In addition to this, the chosen companies are also added to a directory of other successful businesses on a website endorsed by Mr Paphitis.

Amanda Williams (Director) was delighted by the accolade saying: “It is fantastic news that our business has been recognised and nominated for this award. Theo Paphitis is an experienced businessman who recognises the attributes required to build a successful business. We are flattered that we have been nominated as a winner.”

The company, a family owned and run business, is now in its 103rd year and continues to innovate and expand. Its primary focus is on security; to ensure that customers valuables are protected by the very latest systems and technology. It also views customer service as a key value and has shown its commitment to enhancing this element of the business by appointing a Customer Service Manager who will join the team at the beginning of September.
